is entered into this 18 day of September, 2024 (“Effective Date”), by and between Break Ground Technologies, LLC, an Arkansas limited liability company, with an office located at 28 S Paddock Loop, Fayetteville, AR 72701 (“BreakGround”) and the City of Willard, a municipal corporation organized under the laws of the State of Missouri, with an office located at 224 W Jackson St, Willard, MO 65781 (“Client”). BreakGround and Client may collectively be referred to herein as the “Parties'' or individually as a “Party.”
