This Interlocal Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between the Spokane Police Department, a division of the City of Spokane ("City"), a municipal corporation of the State of Washington, and the Cheney Police Department, a division of the City of Cheney, a municipal corporation; each individually referred to as a "Party", and collectively, the "Parties."
