These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (“GTS”) apply to purchase of the Product(s) and are made part of a legally binding Agreement, by and between Quadient company identified in the Order (“Quadient”) and the purchaser identified in the Order (“Customer”). The right to use the Product(s) is conditional on continued compliance with the GTS by the Customer and its users.
