This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions that govern your use of the software program known as Presto v2 (“Program”), any updates, upgrades, patches, bug fixes and modifications to the 2.X versions of the Program made available to you by Collobos Software, Inc. (“Licensor”) from time to time (“Updates”), and the accompanying documentation, including on-line read-me and help files (“Documentation”, and Program, Upgrades and Documentation collectively are the “Software”).
