Preamble: This Agreement is made and entered into in the Province of British Columbia as of this first day of April, 2025, by and between the Directors Guild of Canada, B.C. District Council (hereinafter referred to as the “Union”) with principal offices at 278 – 2985 Virtual Way, Vancouver, BC, V5M 4X7 and the signatory Individuals, Persons, Partnerships, Firms, or Corporations listed in Appendix “C”, and those added from time to time to this Agreement and added to Appendix “C” (hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Employers” or separately as “Employer”).
