Vendor agrees to exhibit at, and the Village Learning Place agrees to allow Vendor to exhibit at the VLP Holiday Artisan Market to be held on Wednesday, November 14, 2018 from 6:30-8:30pm at 2521 Saint Paul Street in Charles Village. Application must be received on or before October 19, 2018.
