This Agreement is made and entered into by and between The Board of County Commissioners-Caroline County Department of Emergency Services (“Collaborator”), having a principal place of business at 109 Market St Denton, MD 21629 and the University of Maryland, Baltimore (“UMB”), on behalf of the University of Maryland School of Medicine, a public university that is part of the University System of Maryland, a public corporation and an instrumentality of the State of Maryland, having offices at 620 West Lexington Street, Baltimore, Maryland 21201, U.S.A. For purposes of this Agreement, “Parties” shall mean Collaborator and UMB collectively and “Party” shall mean either Collaborator or UMB.
