The Health and Human Services Commission (“HHSC” or “System Agency”) and Cenikor Foundation (“Grantee”), collectively, the "Parties," to that certain Treatment for Youth (“TRY”) Contract, effective September 1, 2020 and now denominated HHSC Contract No. HHS000663700254 (“Contract”), now want to amend the Contract.
