This agreement constitutes a Statement of Work (“SOW”) to the Master Service Agreement (“MSA”) dated January 13, 2025, or superseding MSA, made by and between CliftonLarsonAllen LLP (“CLA,” “we,” “us,” and “our”) and Trails at Shurtz Canyon Public Infrastructure District (“you,” “your,” “board of trustees” or “the district”). The purpose of this SOW is to outline certain services you wish us to perform through December 31, 2025 in connection with that agreement.
