This is an agreement between UK Biobank Limited on the one hand and the Applicant Institution ( ) on the other hand. The Applicant PI is not a party to the MTA, however, UK Biobank requires that the Applicant PI acknowledges that the provisions of this MTA have been “read and understood” by the Applicant PI so that they are fully aware of their Institution’s obligations to both UK Biobank and to UK Biobank’s participants.
