This Agreement, being the result of negotiations between the Metropolitan Community College Area (hereinafter called the "College") and the Metropolitan Community College Education Association – Academic Advisors, Counselors, and Faculty (hereinafter called the "Association") is entered into by and between the parties on the 26th day of October, 2010.
