This Agreement (“Agreement”) shall be deemed effective May 2, 2019 (the “Effective Date”), between Everstream GLC Holding Company LLC (“Everstream”), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Delaware, with offices at 1228 Euclid Ave, Suite 250, Cleveland, OH 44115 and Citizens Telecommunications Company of Illinois, Frontier Communications of DePue, Inc., Frontier Communications of Illinois, Inc., Frontier Communications of Lakeside, Inc., Frontier Communications of Mt. Pulaski, Inc., Frontier Communications of Orion, Inc., Frontier Communications- Midland, Inc., Frontier Communications- Prairie, Inc., and Frontier Communications- Schuyler, Inc., each corporations organized under the laws of the State of Illinois (collectively “Frontier”), each with offices at 401 Merritt 7, Norwalk, CT 06851 (Frontier and Everstream may be referred to hereinafter, each, individually as a “Party”, and, collectively, as the “Parties”).
