This Memorandum of Understanding ("Contract" or "Agreement") is entered into this 22nd day of May, 2022, between the PALO ALTO UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT (hereinafter referred to as "DISTRICT") and Counseling and Support Services for Youth "CASSY" (hereinafter referred to as "PROVIDER") for the purpose of providing counseling services to the students/pupils of the DISTRICT.
