THIS ASSET PURCHASE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is dated as of July 1, 2024, by and between MERIT MEDICAL SYSTEMS, INC., a Utah corporation (“Purchaser”), and ENDOGASTRIC SOLUTIONS, INC., a Delaware corporation (“Seller”).
