THIS AGREEMENT, was made and entered into this 1st day of July 2016 and between THE CITY OF GRAND RAPIDS, hereinafter referred to as “Management” and the GENERAL TEAMSTERS UNION, LOCAL NO. 406, affiliated with the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, representing Emergency Communication Supervisors, hereinafter referred to as “Union”.
