THIS Amendment (“Amendment”) is made and entered into by and between Fort Bend County, (hereinafter “County”), a body corporate and politic under the laws of the State of Texas, and UES Professional Solutions 44, LLC, (hereinafter “Consultant”), a company authorized to conduct business in the State of Texas. County and Consultant may be referred to individually as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties.”
