The Lessor assumes no liability for the theft, collision, fire or damage of any kind to or for the property being stored, but rather all risk of loss is retained by the Lessee, and the Lessor shall not in any way be liable for loss of use of the property being stored or for any articles left in the stored property. No bailment is intended or created, but rather this Lease shall be considered as a lease of space by the Lessor.
