The parties to this Irrevocable Option Agreement (“Agreement”) for the purchase of real property are Eureka City Schools as successor in interest to the Eureka High School District (“DISTRICT”) and the STATE OF CALIFORNIA (“STATE”) acting by and through the STATE PUBLIC WORKS BOARD (“SPWB”) and Department of
