Bois D’Arc Street, Forney, Texas 75126, and McCREA VENTURES, LLC dba DOE BELLY’S, a limited liability company in the State of Texas (hereinafter referred to as “Tenant”), whose address for the purposes of this Lease is 300 W. Broad Street, Forney, Texas 75126. Landlord has agreed to and hereby leases, demises and lets to Tenant, and Tenant has agreed to and hereby leases and takes from Landlord and the Leased Premises for the term hereinafter stated and subject to all of the provisions, covenants and conditions of this Lease.

Broad Street, Forney, Texas 75126. Landlord has agreed to and hereby leases, demises and lets to Tenant, and Tenant has agreed to and hereby leases and takes from Landlord and the Leased Premises for the term hereinafter stated and subject to all of the provisions, covenants and conditions of this Lease.
