• Per Section 2(a), a deposit of $25,000.00 is required within 15 days after the Effective Date. The deposit is non-refundable. An additional $50,000.00 deposit is due upon the 12th month of the contract period. The "Effective Date" of this Contract is the date on which the last one of the Seller and Buyer has signed or initialed and delivered this offer or the final counter-offer.
