THIS AGREEMENT is entered into this 26th day of October 2023, by and between the Muskegon 14th Circuit & Probate Court, hereinafter called the "Employer", and Teamsters Local Union #214, affiliated with the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, Chauffeurs, Warehousemen, & Helpers of America, hereinafter called the "Union". This Agreement shall remain in force and effect through the 30th day of September, 2026.
