Delivery between 1 July 2027 and 1 July 2037.• $980,000 over the life of the project for an annual community sponsorship program to support local community organisations and initiatives consisting of:− $40,000 per annum during development phase (pre-COD1);− $50,000 per annum during construction (pre-COD); and− $30,000 per annum during operations (post-COD).• A Voluntary Planning Agreement (VPA) with Dubbo Regional Council comprising 1.5% of the capital investment value of the approved and committed project to be completed in the Dubbo Regional Local
