(“Contractor"), with a place of business at 1 Lower Ragsdale Drive, Building Two, Monterey, CA 93940, and County of Orange, a political subdivision of the State of California ("County”), through its Health Care Agency, with a place of business at 200 W. Santa Ana Blvd., Suite 650, Santa Ana, CA 92701-7506. Contractor and County may sometimes be referred to hereinafter individually as “Party”, or collectively as “Parties”.
