THIS CONSULTING SERVICES AGREEMENT (herein “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the day of July 2013 by and between the CITY OF LAKELAND, TENNESSEE, a Tennessee municipal corporation, (herein the “CITY”) and John Aitken (herein the “CONSULTANT”).
