This DPA is entered into by and between Mural and Customer and sets forth the parties’ obligations with respect to the Processing of Personal Data (definitions below). For purposes of this DPA, the “Agreement” refers to either the Terms of Service or the Main Services Agreement between you and Mural (as applicable to you). This DPA is incorporated by reference into the Agreement.
