This Agreement is entered into the 13th day of June 2022, effective the 1st day of July 2022, by and between the Davison Community Schools Board of Education, hereinafter called the "Employer," and the Davison Custodial, Food Service, Maintenance, Transportation Association, MEA/NEA, hereinafter called the "Union," through its local affiliate, the Davison CFMT. The signatories shall be the sole parties to this Agreement.
