The trailer registered in this Agreement is the only trailer authorized for storage unless prior written approval is obtained from the Borough of Seaside Park. Subleasing or transfer of Trailer Storage authorization is not permitted. The Borough of Seaside Park reserves the right to reassignm Trailer Storage locations. Boats must be stored uncovered, have custom covers, or be professionally shrink-wrapped. No tarps will be allowed to cover boats.
