Box 750, Erie, CO 80516 (the "Town"), and the St. Vrain Valley School District RE-1J, a Colorado public school district and political subdivision of the State, with an address of 395 South Pratt Parkway, Longmont, CO 80501 (the "District") (each a "Party" and collectively the "Parties").
