THIS AGREEMENT is made by and between BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc., (“BellSouth”), a Georgia corporation, and Competitive Communications, Inc. (“CCI”), a California corporation, and shall be deemed effective as of the date of the last signature by the Parties (“Effective Date”). This Agreement may refer to either BellSouth or CCI or both as a “Party” or “Parties.”
