The integrated services centre aims at providing comprehensive, holistic and one- stop integrated services to residents to fulfill their multifarious needs. The guiding principles and concepts include: accessibility, early identification, integration, partnership, comprehensive service coverage, holistic concern for individuals, child-centred, family- focused, community-based and proactive reaching-out approach, multi-level intervention, and flexible and cost-effective use of resources.
