This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is made and entered into between the United States (U.S.) Fish and Wildlife Service, a bureau of the United States Department of the Interior (DOI) and hereinafter referred to as the "Service," and the Department of the Air Force, hereinafter referred to as the "DAF." When referred to collectively, the Service and the DAF are referred to as the “Parties.”
