THIS AGREEMENT, entered into as of the 22nd day of November, 2022, by and between LEVY COUNTY CLERK & COMPTROLLER, a Florida public agency (hereinafter the "Client"), and PFM ASSET MANAGEMENT LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with an office in Orlando, Florida (hereinafter the "Advisor").
