THIS AGREEMENT for consulting services is entered into by and between the City of Oakley, a municipal corporation in the State of California (hereinafter referred to as “City”) and Urban Field Studio (hereinafter referred to as “Consultant”), collectively sometimes referred to hereinafter as the “Parties”, as of July 12, 2023 (the “Effective Date”).
