This Agreement is entered into between the City of Grants Pass, Oregon, hereinafter called the "City," and the Grants Pass Police Association - Sergeants, hereinafter called the "Association," made and entered into for the purpose of bargaining collectively regarding employment relations matters as defined by Oregon Revised Statutes.
