This master subscription agreement, including all exhibits and attachments hereto, ("MSA") is made effective as of the date of the last party to sign below (“Effective Date”) by and between CB Information Services, Inc., (“CB Insights”), a Delaware corporation and the company as defined in the signature block below (“Customer” or “You”). Customer and CB Insights may be collectively referred to as the “Parties” or individually as a “Party.” This MSA governs Your purchase and use of the Services and Licensed Materials (as defined herein, respectively). CB Insights may amend this MSA at any time by posting a revised version on legal.cbinsights.com. Each revised version will state its effective date, which will be on or after the date posted by CB Insights.
