TRANSFER PETITION (CIVIL) NO.1299 OF 2024Settlement Agreement • February 10th, 2025
During the pendency of the present transfer petition, the parties entered into a settlement agreement dated 19.12.2024 before the Supreme Court Mediation Centre.1 The settlement agreement is signed by the parties as well as their learned counsel and the learned Mediator nominated by the SCMC. The respondent, Kuruma Swaraj, is present and accepts his signatures on the settlement agreement and the terms and conditions of the settlement. The petitioner, Sujatha, has joined through video conferencing and accepts her signatures on the settlement agreement dated 19.12.2024, as well as the terms and conditions of the settlement.
