This deliverable will explain and summarize the decisions taken and plans made by the Micro B3 Consortium based on its Description of Work and its Consortium Agreement, which defines the duties related to the Consortium Plan and Budget. Furthermore, detailed discussions on work planning were held at the kick-off meeting, including a General Assembly, an Extended Executive Board and an Advisory Board meeting.
