This Agreement is made and entered into and effective this 30th day of August, 2024, among East Kentucky Power Cooperative, Inc., a Kentucky corporation with its principal office at 4758 Lexington Road, Winchester, Kentucky 40391 ("EKPC"), Owen Electric Cooperative, Inc. (“Owen Electric”), a Kentucky corporation with its principal office at 8205 HWY 127 North, Owenton, Kentucky 40359 and Boone County Public Library, a Kentucky Institution located at 1786 Burlington Pike, Burlington, Kentucky 41005 ("Seller") (collectively, the “Parties”).
