THIS AGREEMENT, bearing the date set forth on the signature page, by and between the Town of Bedford, 321 Bedford Road, Bedford Hills, New York 10507 (hereinafter referred to as the "Town of Bedford"), Town of Pound Ridge, and Town of Lewisboro, on behalf of THRIVE Bedford | Lewisboro | Pound Ridge (hereinafter referred to as “THRIVE”) and Isabella Pectol, 10 Westmount Ave, Pawling, New York, 12564 (hereinafter referred to as the "Consultant”
