This AGREEMENT, entered into this 1 day of July 2019, by and between the Irvine Unified School District, 5050 Barranca Parkway, Irvine, CA 92604, hereinafter referred to as “PROVIDER,” and Santa Ana Unified School District, 1601 East Chestnut Avenue, Santa Ana, CA 92701-6322 hereinafter referred to as “DISTRICT.” PROVIDER and DISTRICT shall be collectively referred to as the “PARTIES.”
