AND RECYCLING CONTRACT (“Second Amendment”) is made and entered into as of September 1, 2023, by and between the CITY OF WYLIE, TEXAS, a home-rule municipality (“City”), and COMMUNITY WASTE DISPOSAL, L.P. (“Contractor”). City and Contractor are each referred to herein as a “party” or collectively as the “parties.”
