The Contractor acknowledges that it has thoroughly examined and understands the requirements of Request for Proposal (RFP) No. 2015-024 Pump-Out and Portable Toilet Services issued by the Charleston County Park and Recreation Commission ("CCPRC"). The general Scope of Work is attached hereto as Scope of Work. Contractor agrees that the Scope of Work required under this Request for Proposal includes all labor, materials, equipment, and services. The price shall be not to exceed price of $__________________.
