This Cooperative Purchasing Agreement (Cooperative Purchasing Agreement or “Contract”) is made and entered into by and between the State of Washington acting by and through the Department of Enterprise Services, a Washington State governmental agency (“Enterprise Services”) and Legends Investment Corporation dba National Barricade and Sign Co, a Washington corporation (“Contractor”) and is dated and effective as of February 1, 2025.
