WHEREAS, Snohomish County Parks and Snohomish County Human Services entered into an Interdepartmental Agreement to jointly provide CDBG supplemental funds in the amount of $1M for the purpose of obtaining properties impacted by the 2014 SR530 landslide, in conjunction with Federal Emergency Management Agency and Washington State Military Department grant programs;
