This Interim Superintendent Employment Agreement (“Agreement”) supersedes and replaces a prior interim employment agreement for Jeffrey Baier, dated November 7, 2024, that was approved by the parties, but never went into effect. This January 30, 2025 Interim Superintendent Employment Agreement (“Agreement”) supersedes and replaces that prior agreement in its entirety. This Agreement is made and entered into by the Governing Board of the Mountain View Whisman School District ("District" or "Board") and Jeffrey Baier (“Interim Superintendent”), effective February 1, 2025.
