This is an Agreement made and operative as of the 1st day of September, 2021, between the COUNTY OF PLACER, through its Health and Human Services Department, a political subdivision of the State of California, hereinafter referred to as “COUNTY”, and ADVOCATES FOR MENTALLY ILL HOUSING, INC., a nonprofit corporation, hereinafter referred to as “CONTRACTOR.”
