A "Disposal of Shares" shall mean any type of disposal of shares and any granting, modification, rescission or transfer of subparticipations, silent partnerships, trusteeships, profit shares, legal relations binding the exercise of Shareholder rights to the approval of a third party, and similar legal relations and transfers within the framework of transformation procedures in accordance with the Act on the Transformation of Companies.
