Attached is the agreement for continued operation of the city ice arena by Suburban Arena Management – Royal Oak, L.L.C., the current management company (Attachment 1). The new agreement, through June of 2025, has a base annual fee of $86,850 with an incentive tied to operational performance. Subsequent increases are tied to net operating income.
