This AFFILIATION AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into this _14th day of April_, 2025 (the “Effective Date”), by and between The College of the Florida Keys (the “School”), and Variety Children’s Hospital D/B/A Nicklaus Children’s Hospital (the “Hospital”). The School and the Hospital may be referred to herein as a “Party,” and, collectively, as the “Parties.”
