The Agreement is entered into this 26th day of August, 2009, by and between the Jackson Public Schools, Jackson County, Michigan, hereinafter called the “Board,” or the “District,” and the Jackson Education Association, a voluntary, Michigan Corporation, hereinafter called the “Association,” or “JEA,” affiliated with the Michigan Education Association, hereinafter called the “MEA,” the National Education Association, hereinafter called the “NEA,” and the Jackson County Education Association, hereinafter called “JCEA.” The signatories shall be the sole parties to this Agreement.
